The Swamp Blues Band ventures into the Florida Everglades
for forgotten stories and songs, myth and legend, as told by first hand accounts of the pioneer families who call it home.
We also celebrate, and support, every effort to protect and preserve the Florida everglades and its magnificent wildlife habitat,
for generations to come.
Guy Bradley is our hero. Check him out.
Swamp blues can be found particularly in the South East US
but Florida has its distinctive signature.
Strong percussive rhythms, legendary growling, soulful singing,
and a no-frills-just-blues approach everybody loves.
And we also remember all those great blues standards everybody loves.
